Betsy Robinson

Betsy Robinson joined The Sullivan Group (TSG) in 2019 to provide investor and executive level managed care product and operational consulting services. Based on 30+ years successful experience in the workers’ compensation, disability and healthcare markets, Betsy provides strategic planning, product development/launch, operational design and market positioning expertise.

Prior to joining TSG, Betsy was Senior Vice President for Coventry, an Aetna company. In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing new product development, marketing and information strategy. She was directly accountable for setting strategic direction to drive business growth through an integrated clinical solution within the healthcare markets, retiring from Coventry in July, 2017.

Betsy began her career with Intracorp, a Cigna company in 1982 and held various positions at the company through 1992, including Case Manager, Account Manager and Operations Manager. She subsequently held various senior level positions at Genex Services and MEDecision prior to returning to Intracorp in 2000 where she served as the Vice President for Product, Marketing and Information Management until she participated in its sale to Genex in 2010. Following the close of this transaction, she joined Coventry in January, 2011.

Betsy received her undergraduate degree in Education from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and her Masters degree in Counseling and Human Services from Villanova University.

Betsy currently sits on the Board of Directors for Surrey Services for Seniors in Devon, PA. She is a Board Member for the Women’s Center of Montgomery County in Elkins Park, PA, as well as an individual Domestic Violence Counselor and Legal Advocate for the Center.
